HR Department is urgently looking for candidates to the following permanent position:
Job Title: Personnel Manager

Position reports to: Director of HR
Job Purpose Summary: Provide and organize faculty and staff records keeping, on-time registration of labor relations between KIMEP University and employees.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Students employment:
Prepare documents on hiring, transfer and termination of contracts with part time assistants, preparation of all required documents for their salary calculation; work in 1 C database
Fill out labor books of employees and students worked in KIMEP University;
Prepare statistical data and lists of part-time assistants of all departments of KIMEP University
Employee benefits:
Provide consultancy on financial aid for KIMEP University Employee Students and Children of KIMEP University Employees Tuition Waivers;
Administration of Voluntary Medical Insurance (annual check-up and vaccination) for KIMEP University Employees and Employer Liability Insurance Organize and control employees’ personal files;
HR Documentation
Prepare monthly time sheets for employees and acts of rendered services for PT assistants
Fill out sick leave certificates and submit records to the Finance and Accounting Department on a monthly basis as per the KIMEP University policy;
Provide, if necessary, translation of letters and other documents for the department in English;
Administer human resources stocks of materials and stationary;
Different reports to state bodies;
Assisting HR Director on staff training and development
Assisting in organizing HR events;
Back up functions of the HR Officer and other staff of HR Department during the period of their absence;
Perform other duties as might be required by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree; at least 3 years of experience in human resource management field; fluent English; knowledge of current legislation and labor law; basics of psychology; labor safety rules, safety protection, business sanitary and fire protection; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to listen, problem solving skills, interviewing skills; team-player, advanced Excel skills, 1 C program.
Preferred Qualifications: Master degree, Kazakh language.
The starting date of new employee is July 1, 2019.
