List of required documents for employment (for foreign applicants)

1. Apostatized/legalized your highest degree diploma and transcript: 2 copies with original apostle/legalization stamp. Please read procedure of Apostalization and Legalization of foreign documents.
2. Official confirmation of previous experience of minimum 3-5 years holding relevant/the same position abroad. The letter should be printed on official letterhead, signed and stamped;
3. At least 2 reference letters from previous supervisors (in case if you have not provided yet);
4. Original criminal background certificate with original apostle/legalization stamps of Embassy of Kazakhstan attached to it (FBI certificate for US citizens);
5. Copy of passport (1st page containing photo, DOB etc).

For nostrification (recognition) of foreign degree :

1. 2 copies of the verification form with specialization of the degree with original apostle on each copy (can be taken from Registrar’s Office at your University)
2. International Publications and conference papers

You are kindly asked to send scanned copies of abovementioned documents to HR Department (recruitment@kimep.kz) before the particular deadline and submit the original documents upon your arrival at KIMEP University
